On February 12, American entertainment publication “Variety” reported that Lisa will be included in the third season of the highly regarded HBO series “The White Lotus.”

With the recent confirmation of Lisa’s participation in ‘The White Lotus’ season 3, amid earlier reports about her possible appearances in shows like ‘The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon’ season 2, expectations for her Hollywood debut have increased.

Lisa’s acting career has garnered a lot of interest, following in the footsteps of her fellow BLACKPINK member Jennie, who made her Hollywood debut with the American drama “The Idol.” Because of the dramatic nature of the drama, Jennie’s experience generated some debate, but fans are excited to see how Lisa will handle her new position.

“The White Lotus” is well-known for its captivating depiction of entwined tales against the opulent White Lotus Resort Hotel. At the 74th Emmy honors in 2022, the series won 10 honors and garnered a lot of praise.

Notably, Lisa’s home nation of Thailand will serve as the filming location for the upcoming season, lending a personal touch to her big Hollywood debut. HBO’s collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand highlights Lisa’s important role in the series, even though plot elements are yet unknown. This shows that the show has substantial support for both filming and promotion.

Lisa is expanding into other areas outside of music with the launch of her own label, LLOUD, in addition to her growing acting career.

Blackpink, one of the most well-known musical groups worldwide, is made up of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa. Under YG Entertainment, they made their debut in August 2016 with the single album “Square One.”

Their song “Boombayah” became the most viewed debut music video by a Korean act when it peaked at number one on the Billboard World Digital Songs chart. With “Ddu-Du Ddu Du,” which peaked at number 55, they became the highest-charting female K-Pop group on the Billboard Hot 100. They were also the first K-Pop girl group to debut at the top of the Billboard Emerging Artists chart.

Later on, the group worked with Selena Gomez, Cardi B, Lady Gaga, and Dua Lipa.
