BTS’s Jungkook continues to smash the Billboard charts with his epic songs!
Jungkook is currently the first solo artist from Korea to chart three different songs for five weeks each on the Hot 100. In addition to his hit song “3D”, his collaboration with Charlie Puth on “Left and Right” charted for 17 weeks. His debut single “Seven” featuring Latto also had a successful 13-week run earlier this year.
For the fifth consecutive week, Jungkook’s “3D” ft. Jack Harlow has remained on the Hot 100 Chart, which ranks the most popular songs streamed in the United States. Billboard announced this information on November 7, local time. Furthermore, “3D,” which launched last month and initially ranked No.5, has dropped to No.100 as of the week ending on November 11.
Furthermore, Jungkook’s recent collaboration with The Kid LAROI and Central Cee, titled “Too Much,” is enjoying its second consecutive week on the Hot 100 at No. 93. This comes after its debut at No. 44 last week.
Jungkook has become the first KPop soloist to spend 12 weeks on Billboard’s Artist 100, ranking at No. 100 this week.
Fans have expressed their delight over Jungkook’s solo career. His first solo album, “GOLDEN,” was well-received, with fans believing every song is worthy of being a single. Another fan stated the following:
“It’s a bloody good album. Well executed. Pop excellence and very JK coded. Loved it from start to finish.”
Even before embarking on his solo career, Jungkook’s influence continues to grow in South Korea as he promotes his culture globally. He has established a significant influence, from causing items to sell out to setting fashion trends. He’s often referred to as the ‘Sold Out King’ and the ‘Trendsetter’ of his generation by various media outlets and fans globally.
According to announcements made by MTV EMAs, Jungkook recently won the Best K-Pop category. He also secured the Best Song award for his chart-topping single, “Seven”.
Congratulations, Jungkook!
