All seven members of the Grammy-nominated and global phenomenon BTS, have officially renewed their exclusive contracts with Big Hit Music. This marks the group’s second contract renewal with the company, which will take effect in 2025.

Under the terms of the board resolution, Big Hit Music will sequentially sign contracts with each of the BTS members, ensuring their unwavering dedication to the group remains intact. Fans around the world have eagerly anticipated this decision, as it guarantees that the group will remain together for the foreseeable future.

“With the renewal of the contracts, we will be able to participate in BTS’ full-length activities, which we hope to do in 2025. HYBE and Big Hit Music will provide all possible support to further strengthen BTS’ status,” HYBE, the parent company of Big Hit Music, affirmed in their statement.

The contract renewal comes at a time when several members of BTS are fulfilling their mandatory military service obligations. Jin and J-Hope are currently serving, while Suga is set to enlist on September 22, where he will serve as either a social worker or public service personnel.

In response to the announcement, BTS leader RM took to social media to share a photo of his renewed contract and convey a heartfelt message to ARMY, solidifying the group’s unwavering bond with their dedicated fanbase.

With their contracts renewed, BTS continues to set the standard for global music excellence, captivating hearts and minds worldwide. It’s also worth noting that their first contract renewal, in 2018, extended their commitment for another seven years, suggesting that the group was set to remain together until at least 2026.

As they navigate their military service commitments and prepare for their anticipated full-length activities in 2025, the ARMY and fans around the world eagerly await what the iconic group has in store next.
