K-pop ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo is now preparing for his upcoming solo album aimed to be released in the first half of the year.

“Cha Eun Woo is preparing his first solo album with the goal of releasing it in the first half of 2024. In particular, he is preparing with the objective of unveiling the songs from his solo album for the first time on stage at his first fan-con, which is scheduled to be held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium on February 17, so please show lots of anticipation,” Cha Eun Woo’s agency Fantagio said.

About a month ago, the star revealed plans for their first solo fan concert, sparking speculation about their solo music. To the excitement of fans, they’ve now confirmed the release of a solo debut album, although specific details about the music are still awaited.

After making a mark in the K-drama scene, the star is gearing up for a solo venture that includes diverse endeavors. On December 8, 2023, an official announcement unveiled his inaugural fan concert, “Mystery Elevator,” set to take place across several Asian destinations. The fan concert tour is slated to commence in Korea on February 17, 2024.

In addition to his solo debut, Eun-woo is also preparing for his “2024 Just One 10 Minute” fan meeting tour. The Philippines is one of the stops scheduled for March 16. Alongside this, the Korean celebrity will be leading fan meetings in South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Eun-woo made his debut in the K-Pop group Astro in February 2016 when they released their initial EP, “Spring Up.”

Currently, Eun-woo is starring in the series “A Good Day to Be a Dog,” which marks his comeback to the romantic-comedy genre.

“It’s been about three years since I’ve done a romantic comedy. And when I was offered the role I had a lot of concerns, so I discussed with the director upfront about this,” he shared in a previous report by The Korea Times.
