Han So Hee confirmed her relationship with Ryu Jun Yeol, after rumors surfaced online that they were seen together in Hawaii. Ryu Jun Yeol’s former long-term girlfriend, Girl’s Day Hyeri, through cryptic Instagram stories.
In her blog, Han So Hee acknowledged her romantic involvement with Ryu Jun Yeol but clarified that their relationship did not coincide with his prior relationship with Hyeri.
She revealed that they confessed their feelings for each other at the beginning of 2024, pointing out that Ryu Jun Yeol’s previous relationship, without directly mentioning Hyeri, concluded in 2023.
“It’s true that we are in a relationship with positive feelings. However, I hope that people will not use the word “transfer.” the actress said.
“It’s true that we met through the exhibition, but I went there through a friend who’s a photographer with the goal of viewing the exhibition, and because I’d heard the news that we might be doing a project together, I wound up saying hello,” the actress added.
Additionally, speculation about Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol being in a relationship began when they were reportedly seen together in Hawaii.
Ryu Jun Yeol’s agency verified his presence in Hawaii, whereas Han So Hee’s agency refuted the rumors, stating that she was vacationing with friends.
Hyeri, shared a picture of a vacation destination on her Instagram story along with the comment, “this is funny.”
In what seemed to be a reaction, Han So Hee initially refuted the rumors on her Instagram account.
“Explain this situation, I don’t like people who have a significant other, I don’t lead them on while saying we’re just friends, I don’t take an interest in them, I don’t develop a relationship with them, and I don’t get in the way of other people’s relationships. I like the program ‘EXchange,’ but there’s nothing like that in my life.” she explained.
Although she rejected the idea that her relationship with Ryu Jun Yeol coincided with Hyeri’s, Han So Hee expressed her intention to apologize for her “rude” behavior towards Hyeri.
“I will apologize to that person [Hyeri] regarding this fact, and I sincerely apologize to you all for not reacting wisely. Because I acted based on my emotions rather than rational thinking, I acknowledge that this is completely my fault, regardless of my reasons,” Han So Hee shared.
She concluded her statement by apologizing to her fans, who felt upset and troubled by continuously encountering news about her situation, affecting their sleep.
Han So Hee has appeared in various television series, including Nevertheless, The World of the Married, and Gyeongsong Creature.
