HyunA and Junhyung announced their relationship on Instagram official on Thursday evening, January 19.
HyunA shared a picture on social media featuring her and Junhyung holding hands while strolling along a beach. Her caption was a simple emoji depicting a couple kissing.
She included a tag for Junhyung, who also shared the same photo on his own social media feed.

The pair was previously seen together in 2016, seated in the front row of a runway show during Seoul Fashion Week.
Regarding the dating rumors on January 19, HyunA’s current agency AT AREA responded by stating, “We are not involved with our artist’s personal life.” Similarly, Yong Junhyung’s agency BLACK MADE commented, “Because it’s a personal matter, it’s difficult for us to confirm.”
They worked together on the song “A Bitter Day” for HyunA’s solo EP “Bubble Pop!” in 2011 and collaborated on the single “Change” in 2010.
HyunA commenced her career as a member of Wonder Girls and 4Minute before transitioning to a solo career.
She was previously engaged to Dawn, a member of the boyband Pentagon, but they ended their engagement in 2022, a few months after making the announcement.
On the other hand, Junhyung was formerly part of Beast, now known as Highlight. He departed from the group in 2019 and has since pursued a solo career in music and acting.
