BLACKPINK fans are joyously celebrating Jennie Kim’s birthday. The talented and stunning star marked her 28th natal day on Tuesday, January 16.

In honor of this momentous occasion, BLINKs are expressing their affectionate messages to Jennie on various social media platforms, and they’re not alone in doing so.

Despite the busy schedules of all BLACKPINK members, they consistently prioritize what holds significance: their bond with each other. Here’s wishing a joyful “Jendawg” Day!

South Korean singer and rapper Jennie Kim seems to be savoring the festivities leading up to her birthday in Los Angeles. In a social media update earlier this month, the BLACKPINK star inadvertently disclosed her presence at a recording studio on her Instagram story. Although the image was promptly removed, keen-eyed fans of Jennie recognized that the photo was taken at Chalice Recording Studio in Los Angeles.

During her time in Los Angeles, internet users shared videos capturing Jennie’s presence at the well-known Mama Lion club in Koreatown. Clips posted online depicted Jennie thoroughly enjoying herself, dancing with friends, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

Another video disclosed that Jennie was, in fact, at the club to celebrate her birthday, which falls on January 16.

Specifically, online users appreciated Jennie’s choice of going to a Koreatown club, where K-Pop music was undoubtedly playing. In the shared videos, Jennie not only danced to NewJeans’ track “Super Shy” but also showed immense enthusiasm when BLACKPINK’s own song “DDU-DU DDU-DU” played.

As these clips circulated on the internet, netizens admired how Jennie was truly embracing and enjoying her birthday celebrations in the United States.

Jennie’s visit to Los Angeles follows her departure from her previous agency, YG Entertainment, in December of the previous year.

The BLACKPINK star revealed the establishment of her own label, OA. The announcement was shared via a social media post where the “Ice Cream” singer expressed gratitude for the support received, highlighted the achievements of the year, and conveyed excitement about her upcoming solo journey in 2024 with her newly founded company, OA. Jennie also encouraged fans to show love for both her new endeavor with OA and BLACKPINK.
