“Marry My Husband” debuted on New Year’s Day, January 1, attracting significant viewership ratings nationwide.

Nielsen Korea reported that the first episode of tvN’s “Marry My Husband” achieved an average nationwide viewership rating of 5.2 percent during its premiere.

The said Korean series released its episode 2 on Tuesday, January 2, where many viewers awaited. The release of episode 3 is scheduled on January 8. “Marry My Husband” airing dates are scheduled on and between January 1 up to February 20, 2024.

“Marry My Husband” is among this year’s highly anticipated dramas. It revolves around Kang Ji Won (played by Park Min Young), a terminally ill woman who discovers her husband, Park Min Hwan (portrayed by Lee Yi Kyung), having an affair with her best friend, Jung Soo Min (played by Song Ha Yoon). Upon uncovering their betrayal, Kang Ji Won is tragically killed by her husband.

In a miraculous turn of events, Kang Ji Won is granted a second opportunity to alter her fate. She travels back in time by a decade, determined to seek vengeance from her former husband. Actor Na In Woo portrays Yoo Ji Hyeok, the head of the department at Kang Ji Won’s workplace. Yoo Ji Hyeok harbors emotions for Kang Ji Won and becomes her primary ally in confronting her ex-husband.

Meanwhile, ENA’s “Tell Me You Love Me,” starring Jung Woo Sung and Shin Hyun Been, secured an average nationwide rating of 1.6 percent. This marks a slight decline from its previous episode’s rating of 2.1 percent, which stands as the drama’s highest achieved score.

The series revolves around Jung Woo Sung and Shin Hyun Been, portraying characters who engage in a healing melodrama. It delves into the romantic relationship between an artist with hearing impairment who communicates through art and an aspiring actress known for her candid expression of emotions.
