On its official social media platforms, Celine announced that Danielle from NewJeans would be the brand’s global ambassador. Danielle is the newest face of French luxury brand Celine.
According to ADOR, the agency of NewJeans, “Danielle intends to participate in a range of activities as Celine’s global ambassador. We anticipate the unique collaboration that Danielle and Celine will forge.”
Danielle from NewJeans joins Korean celebrities such as Blackpink’s Lisa, BTS’ V, and Actor Park Bo Gum as the latest global ambassador for Celine.
In the announcement, Danielle is photographed wearing a Celine tee, jacket, and denim jeans in black and white.
Additionally, speculation has grown that Celine may have broken up with Lisa, who has been her global ambassador for a long time.
Recently, Lisa garnered public attention by attending the 2024 F/W Louis Vuitton show in her Celine.
Celine and Louis Vuitton are brands within the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) group, yet they are distinct in every aspect.
The 18-year-old Australian-Korean K-pop idol is part of the girl group NewJeans which officially debuted on August 1, 2022, with the EP New Jeans.
The girl group is known for its R&B, electropop, and hip-hop sound.
