SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — NMIXX is back! The popular South Korean girl group has just released their latest music video for their new single “Love Me Like This,” and it’s already making waves in the industry.
On March 20, NMIXX hosted a media presentation to celebrate the release of its debut mini album “Expérgo” at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
The title track, “Love Me Like This,” was composed by the acclaimed production company London Noise and combines bounce rap from Street Vibe with R&B vocal harmonies. The words, which are set to a seductive music, depict the genuine connection and transformation of individuals who are capable of loving both themselves and one another.
The difference between the rap and singing styles in the song’s title, rather than the mixing of two separate genres, best represents the concept of “mixx pop” in music.
“Expérgo” has a total of six songs, including the title track “Love Me Like This,” “Young, Dumb, Stupid,” “PAXXWORD,” “Just Did It,” “My Gosh” and “HOME.”
The MV for “Love Me Like This” showcases the group’s signature fierce and powerful choreography, stunning visuals, and captivating vocals. Fans of NMIXX will be thrilled to see that the group has continued to push boundaries with their music, taking their sound to new heights with this latest release.
It is the first comeback as a six-member group since member Jinni left in December last year. With “Love Me Like This,” the group shows that they are not resting on their laurels and are continuing to push the envelope with their music and performances.
“Love Me Like This” is now available on all major music streaming platforms, and the MV can be watched on NMIXX’s official YouTube channel.
